Radhika Venkatraman

Vice President, IT - Enterprise Sales Life Cycle and Ordering, Verizon

Radhika Venkatraman is the Vice President for IT - Enterprise Sales Life Cycle and Ordering systems. Her portfolio is responsible for design, development, implementation and support of sales life cycle systems, CRM, ordering platforms and end to end order work flow automation for the Enterprise and SMB groups on a global basis. . Her team is also responsible for delivering all the BI/analytics and data warehouse capabilities in support of enterprise sales, marketing, and finance and has responsibility for enterprise wide transformation program office and architecture.

Since January 2008, Radhika was Executive director, customer and center experience IT - Verizon Telecom, with primary focus on efficiently scaling FiOS. She ran the overall program management office to eliminate and reduce the FiOS end-end fallout that arises from the sale to bill processes. She also had responsibility for architecture, design, development, delivery and support of the metrics platforms that support the network and marketing organizations. For her work, she was awarded the Verizon Telecom Customer Experience award in 2008.

Prior to 2008, Radhika was Exec Director - Surveillance and Fault Isolation Systems in the Network Systems Group. In that position, she was responsible for architecture, design, development, delivery and support of the all the systems used in surveillance, fault isolation and performance monitoring of all layers of the Verizon network and including the Home Network.

Radhika has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has held a variety of leadership positions within Verizon. She has worked in a number of organizations developing OSS and systems' automation in support of Engineering, Construction, Service Delivery, and Service Assurance processes and organizations.

She has a bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India and two master's degrees, one in Computer Aided Engineering and the other in Computer Science, both from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA.
